Where do I find Your Size Charts?

On each product page, there is a size chart in dark red, written as SIZE CHART. It's right below the color swatches for each top. For more detailed sizing information and help, please visit our Styling and Sizing Guide.

What are your shipping details?

Our products are unique and made to order. We work with professional printers all over the USA and find the one that's closest to our customers to print and ship from, which means faster shipping, lower costs, and a smaller carbon footprint. However, it can mean that the processing time is longer than you're used to from big box companies.

Processing time is usually 1-3 business days (longer during the holiday season), and economy shipping time is 5-8 business days. These are estimates, however, and are subject to change depending on the season and demands at the time.

What is Your Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For returns, contact us by email at info@wildpetalthreads.com. If approved, we’ll process the refund or exchange as soon as we can.

How Do I Start a Return?

You can start the returns process by emailing us at info@wildpetalthreads.com where we can best serve you. We have a 30-day free return policy that's quite generous, so we are happy to assist you. If your top is too large, we kindly ask that you wash it in a warm to hot water cycle and tumble dry it first, to see if that fixes the issue. You can still return it if the top doesn't shrink enough after that.

Where is my tracking information?

To track your order, simply type in your order number, tracking number, email address OR phone number into our tracking page here.

When you purchase from us, you'll receive a receipt by email right after the transaction clears. Once your item ships, you'll receive another email with a tracking link. If you cannot find this email in your main inbox, it might've gone to your promotions or spam folders, so make sure to look there also. You can do a general inbox search of Wild Petal Threads or wildpetalthreads.com and that might help you find it.

What are your tops made from?

All of our t-shirts and long sleeve tees are 100% cotton. The sweatshirts are a 50/50 cotton-poly blend. All are heavyweight and durable and should last you for many years with good care. The cotton is grown here in the USA, and then sent to various countries around the world to be made into tops. The shirts then come back here to the USA and are printed and shipped from a small print shop closest to the customer.

Please allow for extra time on the weekends and during holidays as we are a small business and can't always reply within 24 hours. Is this company real?

It's hard to know what's real and what isn't these days, we get it! We are based out of the Atlanta, Georgia area of the US and are a small business run by a mom of 4. When you contact us, you contact the owner, Sara, directly. So rest assured, your request doesn't go to some giant call center or to somewhere in Asia! We believe in beautiful products with a smaller footprint. Though our materials are sourced globally, we print and ship exclusively within the USA. By routing your order to the print shop closest to you, we’re able to slash shipping times and prioritize energy efficiency without compromising on quality.
